RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your Vitellia napkins.

Since each piece is made specifically for you at the time of order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong design, changing your mind, or personal preference.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days at support@vitelliahome.com with a clear photo of the issue, and we’ll arrange a free reprint or refund. There’s no need to send the item back to us.

 

Refunds

Once your issue is reviewed and approved, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at support@vitelliahome.com.
